Making new friends, enjoying recess, and settling into the school year—it's been a great first week at Wayne Center!
We love seeing our students learning, playing, and having fun together.🐯

At our first teacher workday, Mr. Vore took a moment to recognize staff members for their years of service in education. We are incredibly fortunate to have so many dedicated educators on our team, including two staff members who are celebrating 32 years of serving the Wayne Center community- Mrs. Jackson and Mrs. Ferguson!
For more than three decades, they have impacted the lives of countless students and families, witnessing many changes along the way—including teaching in the original Wayne Center building. Their dedication, commitment, and passion for education have helped shape the strong school community we have today.
Thank you for your unwavering service to Wayne Center and for the difference you continue to make each and every day. We are truly lucky to have you as part of our Wayne Center family! 💙💛🐯
WE ARE A GO!
All buses and schools will run exactly two hours after their regularly scheduled time.
Refer to the regular schedule that occurs on Tuesdays - Fridays, then push everything back TWO HOURS. For instance, if your child's bus comes at 6:30 normally, today it will come at 8:30. If you child's school opens normally at 7:30, it will open at 9:30 today.
See you SOON!

Due to foggy road conditions, East Noble School Corporation will operate on a TWO-HOUR DELAY today. All schools and buses will run exactly two hours later than their normal schedule.
Example: If your child's school typically starts at 7:45 a.m., today it will start at 9:45 a.m. Simply move bus pickup times, school start times, and other morning schedules back by two hours.
Thank you for your patience as we prioritize safe travel for our students!

We promise this one wasn't planned, but it gave us all a good laugh. It's the little moments that make the start of a new school year memorable!

While we've been learning procedures, we've also been busy getting to know new faces, building relationships, making connections, and continuing to grow our Wayne Center family. The excitement, kindness, and positive energy throughout the building has made for a wonderful start to the school year.
We are looking forward to an incredible year filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable memories. Here's to a fantastic 2026–2027 school year!
💙💛 Go Tigers! 🐯
